    Shows the city coat of arms and a
    long the edge it reads "Presented By The City Of New York To The N.Y. Regiment Of Volunteers In Mexico".
    Reverse:
    The recto shows America hurling a thunderbolt towards Vera Cruz, with a fleet of US Navy vessels in the harbor, and the list of battle honors for the regiment around the rim: VERA CRUZ, CERRO GORDO, CHURUBUSCO, and CHAPULTEPEC.
    Condition is very good, slight spotting (see images). This item would make a nice addition to your collection.
