    18th-19th Century Pair of Brass or Bronze "Conquistador" Stirrups
    Amazing pair of brass or bronze "Conquistador" Stirrups.
    This style of stirrup has been used for hundreds of years by the Spanish and the early European settlers in the Americas.
    A matching pair showing use. Well made and can still be used today.
    Matching maker's or armorer's mark on both of the stirrups.
    One of the stirrups has a little hand inscribed decoration or symbol on top.
    These have been cleaned up and polished a little at some time.
    These were often used for many generations.
