Elegant Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Double Handle Footed Bowl

Presented is an elegant Tiffany & Co sterling silver double handled bowl. This piece dates to circa 1956-1965. The bowl is done in a lovely classical form, standing on a round pedestal foot. The handles are beautifully done in a scrolled design, with shell form decoration where the lower portion meets the body. The bowl is well made, constructed from thick, heavy gauge silver, with the eye for quality and craftsmanship expected of the Tiffany name. The bowl is polished to a bright mirror shine and has no monograms or inscriptions.
This piece is in great condition. There are no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The underside of the piece is stamped with the Tiffany & Co. maker's mark, sterling silver, and the initial 'L' for the company director between 1956-1965, William T. Lusk.
The bowl measures about 7 1/2 inches from handle to handle, about 5 3/4 inches in diameter for just the bowl portion, and stands about 5 inches tall at the top of the handle.
The bowl weighs 412 grams or 14.5 regular ounces.
