    Description

    This is a beautiful example of a Rare and Seldom Encountered French Naval Officer's Gorget Hausse Col, Model 1870. The gilded brass body continues to wear most of its lovely gold and has survived well. It features a wonderfully detailed silver roped anchor that remains very nice in its condition as well.
