    G.H. French
    & Co.
    of
    North Attleboro, Ma
    !
This superb bowl commemorates and celebrates the important
1930 M-B Class Season Sailing Championship
    from the well established
    Corinthian Yacht Club
on Marblehead, Ma.'s most exclusive area - the Marblehead Neck.  Won by
    Jackanapes III,
    and presented by
    Albert W. Finlay
, it is hard to believe by its
    very good antique condition
that it is getting close to celebrating its own 100 years in service-dazzling the sailing crowd with its central medallion of Pegasus and its elegant scalloped edges! So re-celebrate this exciting event, and give this lovely compote another 100 years to enchant its onlookers!  One for the collector!!
