Georgian Scottish Silver Mounted Dirk

Description

Late Georgian maybe early Victorian dirk with curved hilt with decorative silver mounts and studs. The 13 inch blade with facet back edge and small top fuller with holes finishing with 4 dots. The tooled leather scabbard with matching silver mounts and hanging rings, note the lower mount has a small part of the thistle missing please see image. It is complete with knife and fork with matching silver mounts ensuite. Please note the pommel stone on the dirk does not match the knife and fork and may have been replaced the fittings test as silver but no hallmark overall length 19.5 inches
