Choose between Twinkle or Steady:
LED Twinkling Bulbs are a little different than traditional incandescent twinkling bulbs.  LED Twinkle Bulbs contain an oscillator that alternates current on and off to produce a Twinkling, Flashing, or Blinking effect.  Contrary to Incandescent Bulbs, LEDs will start twinkling immediately when turned on and last longer than steady bulbs.
Steady Bulbs stay on continuously while plugged in.  No flashing on and off.
