Here is a pair of used
Malletech Orchestral Series OR39R Brown with Rattan Xylophone Mallets.
The manufacturer's logo has worn off, but I KNOW they this mallet as I am the original owner.
The Malletech Orchestral Series OR39R Mallets are best used for passages below forte. They feature a bright, light tone at lower dynamic levels and are easily maneuverable during fast passages.
Head: 1 1/8" Brown Ball
rattan diameter: 1/4"
total length: 13-7/8"
The shafts have very light residue of my initials marked in permanent marker.
Rattan shafts are very slightly warped. If desired, instructions for straightening are easy to find on the internet.
