    This is an Automobile Service Reminder Tag put out as an advertisement for the
    PENNZOIL OIL COMPANY
    . The tag has a blank place where the car owner could write in the miles when the oil should changed. It is made of celluloid/plastic in the split ring fashion so that it could be easily attached to a knob inside the car - usually the choke knob.
