    Description

    Non dug pre Civil War Great Coat general service coat button. The front has a spread wing eagle above U. S and an oval shaped wreath. The reverse has a raised UNITED * . * STATES * . * backmark. It is an 1820's-30's flat 2-piece button. It measures 20 mm in diameter. The shank is straight.
    The pictures are not as good as I hoped they would be. The button is nicer in person.
