    I do not know if another one of these exist.  It is probably one of a kind.  This is artwork original designed and approved for the Ocean Grove, NJ Police Department to commemorate the country's Bi-Centennial.  The police chief approved this shield to be deployed to all the patrol cars but before it could be deployed the decision was made to disband the department and move its jurisdiction under Neptune.   Ocean Grove Police eventually disbanded in 1979 and was taken over by Neptune Township.  The chief brought this home and his wife had it custom framed and has been hanging in their residence since.  The sticker has curled around the edges but it still presents very well.
