    IT MEASURES 2 7/8 INCHES BY 4 1/4 INCHES.
    THERE ARE NO TEARS OR BENDS.   IT HAS LIGHT SCUFFING ALONG THE EDGES.
    IT WILL BE MAILED IN A RIGID PLASTIC SLEEVE TO PREVENT BENDING.
