    Description

A great collection fresh from an estate. Buttons in this lot include:
10 Artillery eagle buttons with various end many readable different backmarks & styles. Many of the snap cases have what looks to be identifying information on the back as well.
All fall between the War with Mexico era through early Civil War era. Pictures are of exactly what you’ll receive. Please closely review the pictures provided for any details about condition, type, period, etc. Any questions please ask!
This is a nice mix which would make a great gift for the collector or historian interested in different types of US military buttons including those worn during the war with Mexico/Texas Independence and Civil War. I’m not an expert in buttons but see that there are a variety of styles, back marks & shanks and undoubtedly lots of research that can be done on these (recovered mostly in Florida). I ship worldwide; please after purchase send me a message and I’ll invoice you. I also combine shipping if you message me after purchase.
Please check out the multiple auctions I’ve listed and will be listing to include additional buttons, Civil War/Confederate bullet molds, 19th century percussion accoutrements, period military relics, etc. Thank you!!
